Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. Please carefully review our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In its original condition and packaging

  • With all original tags and labels attached

 

2. Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final sale items (items marked as “Sale” or “Clearance”)

  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons

 

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return conditions. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time, but you may place a new order for the correct item or size.

 

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at oneth@1th.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will send you a return authorization and the return address.

  3. Ship the Item Back: Pack your item securely and send it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will offer a replacement at no additional cost to you. (On your report, please include images of the damage item(s) for investigation purposes)

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account or credit card provider, as it may take additional processing time. If you still haven’t received your funds, please contact us at oneth@1th.shop.
